The Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA) is an office under the Learning Systems Strand that develops a harmonized and standardized assessment mechanism for student learning, teacher effectiveness, leadership and management, system efficiency and effectiveness, and provides policy recommendations based on assessment results and research to improve learning delivery, teacher quality, and education management.
